Description
Temporary Parking Punch Card - 5 punches per card:
Distribution will take place in the high school main office,
please provide proof of payment (copy of MHSepay receipt) or
the order # and allow 24 hours for processing.

To obtain a temporary parking permit:

1. Report to the high school main office with your temporary
parking punch card (after school the day before parking or
upon arrival the day of parking).

2. Complete the temporary parking permit assignment form
(student number, student name, grade, license plate information
required).

3. Have temporary parking punch card punched.

4. Receive temporary parking permit.

5. Display parking permit by hanging it (number facing out) on the rearview mirror inside vehicle and park in the Green  Lot.
