NHS Medallion

All NHS Medallion purchases will be verified for eligibility prior to distribution.

NHS Medallions may be purchased for $15.00

Distribution of the medallions will be on Wednesday May 7th during all lunches.

After May 6th, NHS Medallions will need to be purchased in the MHS Main Office with cash, check or credit card.
